Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz sour cream
1 can corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into a 9x13 pan
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until middle is firm. Let cool and enjoy!
