Tailgating Tuesdays: 3 Ingredient Crockpot Pulled Pork Sliders

Happy Tuesday everyone! In honor of football season, I want to start a miniseries on my blog called Tailgating Tuesdays. As you may know, there are few things that get Parker and I more excited than Aggie football games. Since we don't have the luxury of attending every game anymore, we love to have football parties with friends. Let's be honest, one of the best parts of football season is the food! Today I am sharing a recipe perfect for football season: 3 ingredient crockpot pulled pork sliders.

Ingredients:
2-2.5 lb pork tenderloin
1 12 oz can root beer (I couldn't find a can, so I measured out 1.5 cups from a bottle)
1 18 oz bottle of BBQ sauce (we always use Sweet Baby Ray's)
24 Hawaiian rolls or sliders of your choice
swiss cheese- optional

Directions:
1. Place pork tenderloin, root beer, and BBQ sauce in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
2. Shred and enjoy!

You could of course put the meat on regular sized buns or in tortillas, but these sliders are perfect for a larger group when you are mainly serving finger foods.

Enjoy!
