Confessions

Friday confessions. Ready, set, go.

I confess that snuggling with Jenny will never get old. I told Parker we are in trouble when we have babies because I become more enamored with Jen every day.

I confess that I have a love/hate relationship with this time of year. I LOVE this gorgeous weather and all the pumpkin flavored things. I hate that my body thinks it's time to get sick every time the weather changes. It's getting cooler, but there is no need to freak out, immune system.

I confess that I feel badly for the frogs that Parker lets Jenny play with at night. She doesn't kill them or anything, but how would you like to be pawed at by what must seem like a giant fur monster?

I confess that the one good thing that has come from the government shutdown has been having Parker home more. That said, let's get everything together government so my husband can get back in the air.

I confess that I Facetime with my furry nephew on the regular. That's normal, right? Clearly, he loves our chats.

Lastly, I confess that I am so happy it's Friday, and we are so ready to watch the Aggies take on Ole Miss tomorrow evening. Gig em!

Happy Friday!

  2. My dog is exactly like Jenny with frogs but we usually pull her away from them so she doesn't give the poor little frog a heart attack! Happy Friday!

Hope the government shutdown isn't negatively impacting you guys financially. I'm sure it's been really nice having the hubs around more :)

  7. *sigh* the frogs! The frogs brings up a memory of when I dog sat for a co-worker of mine. I felt like I was in Egypt with the plague of frogs (not that drastic but it felt like it). The dog actually didn't even try playing with them. I had to keep her from walking on them. Ewww!
    Great post!

  13. My parents have a pond in their backyard and some frogs have taken up residence in the last few weeks. My parents are trying to keep my dog away from them, but it's not easy!
