Strawberry Cream Cheese Croissants

I have been making these strawberry cream cheese croissants for the past couple of years. They are just an easy and delicious way to make a dessert without making an entire pie or batch of cookies. I usually have the ingredients on hand, so they are easy to whip up in a flash. Looking for an easy weeknight dessert? Look no further!

Ingredients:
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup strawberry jam
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
2. Stir together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
3. Unroll each crescent roll. On the fattest part of the triangle, place 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture and 1 tsp of jam. Roll into a croissant shape.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes of until golden brown and inside is no longer doughy.

Enjoy!
