Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge
Try saying that title five times fast. I decided I wanted to make fudge one weekend, but I also decided that I wanted to put as little effort into it as possible. Isn't that really always the goal? I found a simple recipe that created the perfect little fudge treat for Parker and me to munch on during the week and take the leftovers to a party. If you like chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallows, you will love this fudge! After all, those are the only three ingredients we are working with here :)
Ingredients:
12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
1. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper for easy clean up (use enough parchment paper so that it is higher than the dish and can be easily pulled up).
1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Gently stir in marshmallows until evenly incorporated.
3. Pour mixture into lined baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator several hours until firm.
4. Cut into squares and serve.
Enjoy!
Oh my I just gained ten pounds by looking at this haha. :) Yum!
